Jim the Golf Doctor.

A short history

I was born in Grosse Point, Michigan and grew up in Florida in a town called Ft. Pierce.  As all young folks did, I left home and went to the University of Michigan for 2 years before joining the USMC and ending up seeing a lot more than I bargained for in the land of rice paddies.  I came home determined to educate myself and finished college at the University of Miami and then came out to California and UCLA where I got my Ph.D. in Political Economics and a minor in Psychology.

Golf has been a part of my life and desire for many years.  My desire to teach has grown from my teaching days at UCLA during my years there.  I enjoy emparting knowledge to others and watching them expand their horizons. Golf is such a great teacher and mimer of life that it just naturally developed that I mutated to golf. I have helped others prior to getting my license, not I am looking forward to being able to do it on a more regular basis.

We are here to help you.  We sincerely believe we can improve how you play golf.  And who knows, it could help your view on life too.
